Siobhan the daughter of the Polranny neighbor asked me if I could make a drawing of her father and of her’s and her father’s doggies. It had to be done from photos as it was during lockdown. I had wanted to sketch her father when he was at the bar in McLoughlin’s for a long time. It was interesting drawing from a picture Siobhan had taken. Her father looked so relaxed. It was clear he was looking at a beloved daughter. The doggies I set against a background of the track that leads to the shore. Siobhan has fond memories of walking with her Nanna to that shore.
