Openbaar Vervoer betekent vervoersmiddelen, passagiers, stations, vliegvelden en haltes. Belangrijk voor mij als tekenaar is het wachten. Een passagier moet altijd wachten. Voordat het vervoersmiddel aankomt, voordat het vertrekt, voor het tijdstip van aankomst en tijdens de overstap. Heel veel gelegenheid dus om een tekening te maken. Alhoewel de tijd die er voor is sterk wisselt.

Public Transport involves means of transport, passengers, stations, airports and stops. Important to me as an urban sketcher is the time spend waiting. Waiting is the fate of a passenger. One has to wait before the transport arrives and leaves, wait for it to reach its destination and during the transfer. Plenty of opportunities to for sketching one would think. Although the availability of time is crucial.
